All lanes of Interstate 64 have reopened after an multi-vehicle accident around mile marker 56 occurred earlier this afternoon. 

All westbound lanes of I-64 were closed for about two hours, until around 3:05 p.m., according to a dispatcher at Kanawha County Metro 911.
